On this week's special episode of the Dopecast live from the DopeCave on the banks of the River Thames in central London, the Dopefiend is joined by entheopundit Max Freakout and DopeTribers Herodian, Esse B, G13 and Acid Tramp for a full-on stoner symposium during which the Dopefiend discusses his recent return to the LSD dimension with Acid Tramp before G13 tells the story of his recent encounter with the police which somewhat elucidates the confusing new "3 strikes" policy in the UK for cannabis posession, leading to a group discussion on the state of cannabis law in Britain and how the government have bamboozled both the police and the public. Next, the Dopefiend turns to Esse B who gives an update on his battle with the rare condition Cannabinoid Hyperemesis, then the Dopefiend reads an email from Dr Barton outlining his theories on the possible causes of the condition. Next, Herodian packs one of the iolites flying around the cave with some LowRyder for a tasting session and a chat about the recent developments in auto-flowering plants and whether they're the answer for lazy growers or those with no space and no expertise, or whether growers are better off tailoring gourmet strains to suit their environment. During a chat about whether the blotter recently experienced on the Dopecast by the Dopefiend and Son of Gonzo, Herodian explains why he has no interest in psychedelics, and G13 and Esse B give their thoughts on LSD. Then, while tasting the G-Bomb strain which was previously dubbed "Kush n Chips" for it's unusual flavour, the DopeTribers are momentarily distracted by an underwear photo shoot in the vicinity of the DopeCave, prompting the Dopefiend to speedily announce a musical interlude from Timdonesia and his band Friends of Dennis Wilson. Back in the DopeCave, the Dopefiend chats with G13 and Herodian about their views of the LowRyder and the G-Bomb, then the DopeTribe discuss last week's initiation of Marc Emery's extradition process and the injustice of Canada bowing to the demands of the USA and selling out their citizen, leading to a discussion of the hypocrisy of America's war on drugs. Finally, the Dopefiend seeks the opinion of the DopeTribe on the news that Festival Republic have bought out the Big Chill and what it will mean for festival goers, before packing up the iolites and heading up to higher ground. The Dopefiend then checks in with Son of Gonzo, Happydaze and Pothead about their Big Chill plans before getting the lowdown from G13 about his DMT experience. The next day, after another night of truffle and nitrous oxide-based insanity, the Dopefiend joins Happydaze lakeside in the sunshine to get a review of some amazing 5-year old ecstasy pills encountered by the DopeTribe the night before, how they enhanced the Basement Jaxx performance, and the Dopefiend's strangely mild truffle trip, and also talks to Jay K and Flick about the disturbing Chris Cunningham video set which brought on some shroom-based discomfort in all concerned, and how their evening progressed from there, as well as their plans to try "legal high" methedrone. The Dopefiend and Son of Gonzo then try to work out how little sleep he's had so far over the weekend, what his plans are for the coming evening, and how he saw Top Cat in the sky. Next the Dopefiend catches up with Max Freakout, who's feeding the Big Chill ducks, and talking about MDMA, Salvia, shrooms and Nitrous. Slightly later on, following a musical interlude showcasing Son of Gonzo's Big Chill anthem I and I Batman, the Dopefiend and tribe return to the DopeTent to reunite with Squidgy Sid who's still feeling the pain after his appalling whitey experience at DopeStock, and to chat with show sponsor Pothead, G13 talks about the famous buried 5 year-old ecstasy pills, and his Saturday night plans, and Squidgy Sid talks about his decision to splinter off from the DopeTent this year and set up his own rival camp, about the copious amounts of Nitrous flying around among the DopeTribe, and which strains of gourmet ganja the tribe have been packing their iolites, spliffs and pipes with so far. Desperately fighting against the bass, the Dopefiend talks to long term friend Limbo about his first experience of a DopeTribe gathering, from the middle of the crowd outside the Open Air Stage as Orbital limber up for their set, the Dopefiend hits the Sage N Sour while chatting to Limbo and G13, and shortly after the incredible Orbital set, the Dopefiend chats to some new found friends as well as Jay K, Flick and G13 about how everyone's evening's going so far, then fills some balloons with Nitrous Oxide while the gathering tribe chat amongst themselves, then following an immense MDMA  Nitrous blast, the Dopefiend quickly mentions the controversy surrounding last year's Big Chill podcast, before the DopeTribe hit the Dance Tent to rave away the early hours. At 3am on Sunday Morning the music finishes at the dance tent, prompting the DopeTribe to try and figure out what to do next, while the Dopefiend chats to Squidgy Sid, Jay K, Flick, G13 and Limbo about their night. As the DopeTribe return to the DopeTent as the sky lightens, the Dopefiend gets final thoughts from G13 and Squidgy Sid, and they all reflect on the night's entertainment while vaping some Blue Cheese. On the third and final dopecast from this 2009's extraordinary DopeStock extravaganza in the Capital City of Cannabis, the Web's Favourite Cannabis Commentator, the Dopefiend, opens up the festivities in the basement of Amsterdam's most comfortable coffeeshop, the Dolphins, for the DopeStock Evening Session. To kick things off, the Dopefiend chats to Dopetribe mainstay G13 about his ingenious technique for getting Son of Gonzo to buy him drinks in exchange for rolling joints, and which strains are looking popular for the DopeStock cup, then seeks Bushmiller's opinion about the setting for the Evening Session, the Verdamper vaporizers installed at the Dolphins, then talks to Son of Gonzo himself, and Dr. Dank about his experience of Amsterdam as a regular visitor, which vaporizer he prefers out of his iolite and Volcano, and how the Volcano enabled him to cut out smoking altogether and whether he misses the ritual of rolling joints. Moving over to Pothead and Shockrocket's table, the Dopefiend chats with the guys about their level of stonedness, how the votes are tallying up for the DopeStock Cup and why Pothead doesn't smoke anymore, then the Dopefiend talks to DopeTribe newcomer Noah who's rushed down to the Dolphins following a hard day's studying for the Evening Session about his opinion of the iolite compared to his trusty Volcano, then asks all three for their opinion of whether Peresident Barack Obama is a good president for Cannabis Users. Pothead having cleared a blockage in the iolite, the Dopefiend loads it with some White Dolphin, while Pothead talks about the strange spectacle of iolite users sucking up ground buds into the iolite herb chamber, then Noah gives his opinion of the flavour and the strength of the iolite hit. Heading over to where Ostritt's gearing up for the joint rolling competition, the Dopefiend eavesdrops on his plans for a winning joint, then talks to him about the poetry competition he's holding at the Evening Session, and the book that he's giving away as the prize, his own creation, Beyond The Basin, and whether his own Cannabis use mirrors that of his protagonist in terms of spiritual and recreational use, before the whole table chimes in on the subject of watching TV when stoned, and then the Dopefiend and Ostritt manage to convince poetry competition entrant Crowley's Wife to read her entry. Next up the Dopefiend talks to Dopestock veteran Jonny B who gives his expert view of this year's DopeStock, and also chats to HudsonRulez, Dr. Dank and the Herodians about their thoughts on Amsterdam and their votes for the DopeStock Cup. Following a musical interlude, the Dopefiend opens the 2009 DopeStock joint rolling competition with judges Herodian and Dr. Dank casting their view over the handiwork of Herodian, Ostritt, a controversial submission from G13, Blazing Glory and DanSon who submitted a "joint" entry under the name "Team Glass Onion", some absurdity from Billy G and Will, and a final entry from Jonny B, before the judges make their final decision on the winning and running up submissions. Joint rolling completed, the Dopefiend and HudsonRulez open the voting for the DopeStock Cup, passing the two finalists round in joint form and iolite form and getting opinions from Pothead, Shockrocket, Noah, Komrade, G13, DutchBoy, Mullet and Billy G, before tallying the final votes and announcing the winner of this year's DopeStock Cup, with yet more controversy surrounding a miserable G13. Finishing the evening's festivities, we hear the remaining entries for the Poetry competition with words from HudsonRulez, Son of Gonzo and Bushmiller and Ostritt announces the winners of 2 copies of Beyond The Basin. On the second of our three live Dopecasts from 2009's massive Dopestock celebrations from the Capital City of Cannabis, the Web's Favourite Cannabis Commentator, the Dopefiend, gets the party started at the Cannabis College by hitting the Volcano vaporizer with the Herodians, Shockrocket and Max Freakout who've got some Silver Bubble on the go while talking about their choices for the Dopestock Cup, including some talk of the elusive and mysterious White Cheese which is still the strain everyone's talking about. Next the Dopefiend turns his attention to Mrs Herodian who gives her opinion on why the DopeTribe is so male-dominated, and what her highlights of this year's DopeStock celebrations have been, before Herodian talks about how proper use of vaporizers can lessen the impact of the current financial pressures on stoners, and how the Cannabis market in Amsterdam compares to that in Britain, and how a legalized market might work in the United Kingdom. Hitting a touch of White Russian, the Dopefiend moves over to chat with The Grow Report's Vapor Mod HudsonRulez and DopeTribe elder Komrade about the growth in the Vaporizer scene in Amsterdam, how it compares to Canada, and the similarities and differences between the two nations' smoking laws, then he seeks the pair's opinion concerning US President Barack Obama and whether his administration is more stoner-friendly than those previous, the worrying situation in Mexico, arming the homeless, the medical marijuana movement, and whether there's any hope for the legalization movement in the United States. Next up, the Dopefiend hits the Cannabis College garden with G13, Pothead, Billy G and Danson for a tour of the beautiful plants on display there and a chat about life working at the Cannabis College and what sort of work they do there, and the state of the Cannabis scene in Amsterdam and how it's suffering at the hands of the current Dutch government and their opposition to the leniency of cannabis law. After a brief sojourn to the open air to enjoy a bit of improvised musical entertainment in the sunshine from Son of Gonzo and Ostritt, the Dopefiend heads back into the Cannabis College to observe the construction of a giga-joint for 4/20, which is being hastily packed together by a crew of crack cannabis connoiseurs, while a 3 metre monster Volcano bag is also prepared for our 4.20 celebrations, in tandem with a warm-up 3 metre bag of LSD weed vapes which is enjoyed by the likes of Blazing Glory and Stoney, but not Jono420, who explains why he's not a fan of the LSD and which strains he has enjoyed, as well as a chat about the smoking ban and the mushroom ban in Holland and how they've affected the Amsterdam scene. Next the Dopefiend talks to Stoney about the legend of the White Cheese and the assorted exhibits on display at the Cannabis College, before heading over to have a word with official Dopestock greeter G13, who's a fan of the LSD, but became a White Cheese convert on the Canal Cruise and is firmly pushing for it to win the DopeStock Cup. Next, the Dopefiend talks to Squidgy Sid who's making tea and constructing a joint with some fresh tasty hash, and also gives his opinion of the White Cheese, and explains why he finds it difficult to stop smoking joints, even with the advances in the Vaporizer world of late.
