On the first Dopecast of a new decade, the Dopefiend kicks off another year of the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast by introducing the DopeTribe to the new head of the UK's Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs, Les Iverson, a man who sees cannabis as one of the "safer" recreational drugs. Turning to the emails, the Dopefiend covers such subjects as the cannabis scene in Hong Kong, vaporizing hash, the developing fight for decriminalization in the United States, how portable vaporizers can allow use of cannabis in full view of family without their knowledge, and several cases of mistaken Dopefiend identity!
