On the two-hundred-and-first episode of the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast, the Dopefiend talks about the ongoing struggle between the American medical marijuana movement and the federal drug laws, and how the latest hurdle, that of the legality of selling medical cannabis, has been tackled in Los Angeles, and how they're now facing a cap on the number of dispensaries in LA.
