On this week's episode of the Web's Favourite Cannabis Podcast, the Dopefiend thanks Star for his help in sorting our PayPal donate button, a mention for the great Zandor, currently absent but returning soon, then moves on to talk briefly about the latest Psychonautica episode and its discussion of dream-herb Calea and how it compares to a light-based dream enhancing machine recommended by gratefuldude, a similar commercially-available device endorsed by Lemmy from Motorhead, and the disappointing audio version I-Doser. Following that, Skunk Magazine journo Gooey Rabinski gives his recommendation for red-eye remedies, a question from D about the motivations behind the Californian weed-vending machines and whether they're a step towards legalization, the question of what other drugs go well with Cannabis, and what constitutes a low or high tolerance, a message from Christine talks about how smoking herbal rememdy Mullein was a great asthma remedy for her and describes her incredible crop of gourmet strains, prompting the Dopefiend to enter the VaporLounge and hit some Brainstorm from his ganja vault and talk about how the Volcano Vaporizer is becoming more and more commonplace, then he reads an email from Floydhead suggesting a Dopestock documentary, before returning to the discussion of the presidential race from a stoner's perspective, with commentary from Truthmissile, some support for Ron Paul and further proselytising from Nathaniel, leading to the news that the UN's Drug Control Board are upset about the new Cannabis ATMs, followed by a message from BlitzBong featuring some great beatboxing and some chat about online Cannabis auction, and then, in the Cannabis News, the worrying over-zealousness of the United Aram Emirates customs service, a reminder of how Cannabis can actually relieve some psychoses, the former Mayoral candidate busted for a basement Cannabis farm, and good news from Canada, where the smell of smoked buds are no longer grounds for search or arrest. Email your comments, questions and suggestions to mail@dopefiend.co.uk, send us a voicemail and drop by our Skype Virtual VaporLounge, and check out the forum.
