In this week's episode of Visionary Artists Podcast we hear a talk given by the host at the University of Kent in Canterbury in February 2010. The talk, titled 'Visionary Art, Ego-Death and The Sublime' explores the differences between media in visionary art, the connection between human psychological, the nature of spiritual development and the ego's relation to the sublime. We also discuss the nature of story telling, the hero's journey in the altered state, the place of the psychonaut in society and much more. After the talk there is a Q&A session with some fascinating questions posed by the audience. A musical interlude comes after this and we return to hear a phantasmagorical story about Ayahuasca drinking deep in the Peruvian Amazon.
